*Shipping*
Because most items are made-to-order, please allow 7-10 business days for your item to ship. Although I do my best to adhere to these timelines, I am a one woman show, and sometimes life happens. As such, I reserve the right to alter shipping times if necessary.
If you are concerned about receiving your item by a certain date, please email me immediately after purchase and I will do my best to make it happen.
When your order is complete, it will be shipped using USPS Ground Advantage and you will receive an email with tracking. Once the package is shipped and tracking info confirms it is in possession of USPS, I am no longer responsible or liable for the package. If you feel your package is lost, please reach out and I will do what I can to help you track it down.
*Returns*
I am happy to accept returns for a full refund WITHIN 10 days from delivery. If it is AFTER 10 days, I will only accept returns for store credit. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. If the item is not returned in its original state, the buyer is responsible for any damage or loss of value. Please treat your jewelry kindly. I recommend removing it before showering and swimming, or when applying lotion, perfume, etc. The materials used are natural stones, 14k gold-filled and Sterling Silver. The best way to clean jewelry is with a polishing cloth, like the one that comes complimentary in each order. You can also use a drop of clear, unscented dish soap in warm water and a soft toothbrush, just be mindful of any stones while scrubbing.
