All items are original illustrated goods created by La-La & Co. Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of my work, slight variations may occur and are part of the charm.

Orders are processed within the stated timeframe and shipped according to my posted shipping policy. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as I cannot replace items shipped to an incorrect address.

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
