In the rare case that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a refund less the cost of shipping. I am an individual maker and put care into each product I make. I make multiples of the same item and use an image of one of them. Since leather is a natural product, there can be slight variations between each product, but I do my best to make them as close as possible.
