About the Owner
Howdy. I’m Olivia — formerly a corporate executive, now your reigning queen of the quirky and dubious. After 25 years of stress and spreadsheets, I finally decided enough was enough — I needed to enjoy my life. So, I unplugged from the corporate grind and dove headfirst into the wild world of my own brand of weirdness.
Dubious Doodles started as a little spark of obsession — painting vintage figurines and dishes for decor and turned into a full blown design venture. I’m all about blending that nostalgic vibe with a sassy twist, creating art that makes you smile, raise an eyebrow, or both. Think mugs with bad words, tees that scream vintage sass, and home decor that’s equal parts creepy and cute.
Every piece is a labor of love, crafted in my cozy Northern VA studio (aka the basement), where I whip up new designs inspired by my love for vintage styles, weird imagery, and a little bit of mischievous humor. Sometimes I still get time to upcycle old pieces or create one-of-a-kind paper wonders — but the bread and butter is my digital art.
