When you shop on Little Blue Market, you’re buying directly from small businesses that share your values. Each vendor is vetted by our team to make sure they align with our Community Ethics & Guidelines.

Items that are created by generative AI—with little to no human creativity, editing, or original work—are not allowed on Little Blue Market. We want shoppers to feel confident that every product they buy is made with real skill, intention, and creativity from a progressive small business.

We rely on a mix of community reporting, staff review, and support from our Creators Council to identify products that violate Little Blue Market policies. 

If you see a product that violates our Community Ethics & Guidelines, including a product that seems AI-generated, please report it directly on the product listing page. Our team will review it promptly and, when appropriate, seek input and guidance from the Creators Council, a group of creators who help us evaluate grey areas and maintain fairness.

Each vendor handles their own shipping. This means your order may arrive in separate packages if you buy from multiple shops. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as each seller ships your items.

If your order arrives damaged, late, or isn’t what you expected, please reach out to the seller directly. They handle refunds, exchanges, and replacements. If you don’t hear back or need help, contact Little Blue Market and we’ll step in to make sure it’s resolved fairly.
