Refunds and Return

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued for:

  • Items returned in approved condition within the 14-day window
  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Orders canceled before shipping

Refunds are not available for:

  • Custom, made-to-order, or digital items
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Shipping costs (unless due to seller error)

If your refund doesn’t appear after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
