Physical products ship to most countries, but please note that customs, VAT, and import fees (if charged) are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by location. Delivery timelines may also be affected by customs processing.

Because of this, I can’t offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases (including wrong size, wrong item, or “oops, I picked the wrong one”). Please double-check your order details before checking out.

That said, if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or just not quite right, I’ve got you. Email me within 7 days with a note and a clear photo of the issue and I’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund—no need to send the original back.

My goal is simple: you should love what arrives at your door, and if something goes sideways, I’ll make it right.
