This thivk and delicious balsamic is a staple of every kitchen. Interchangeable with the traditional dark balsamic when your dish calls for great balsamic vinegar but not the dark color. This balsamic is a bit more subtle than the dark, and just a drop sweeter.
Best uses – Can be used in a multitude of applications and lends a creative element to dressings and vegetables. Wonderful in stir fry dishes and pasta dishes or over fish and salmon as well. Suggested Pairings – Basil, Garlic and Arbequina for great dressings. You’ll use this balsamic every day.
