Shipping Policy

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION and ORDER TRACKING:;You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped and, if applicable, your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: ;A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business for US orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:; If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

DAMAGES: Fig and Grove is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns
Unfortunately, due to the sanitary nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact hello@figandgrove.com and we'll be happy to discuss your concerns.

Refunds;
We offer refunds in certain circumstances but ask that you please let us know what the issue is so we can prevent it from happening in the future. Once your refund request ;is received and reviewed, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@figandgrove.com.

Exchanges;
We only replace items if they are defective. If your item is defective we will replace it for the same item. Please send us an email at hello@figandgrove.com along with a photograph and description of the issue so we can try and avoid the same issue from happening again in the future.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
