SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Each item is hand-drawn to order (excluding stickers), so please allow time for creation. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

SHIPPING METHODS:
We ship via USPS First Class Mail or First Class Package within the continental United States (48 states). Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after shipping.

SHIPPING COSTS:
- Flat rate shipping: $4.00 for orders under $30
- FREE SHIPPING on orders $30 and over!

SHIPPING REGIONS:
We currently ship to the continental United States only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations).

TRACKING:
All orders include USPS tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

CUSTOM NATURE OF PRODUCTS:
Each item from The Snow Collective is hand-drawn and unique. Because of the custom, handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items in original condition.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.

WRONG ITEM SHIPPED:
If we sent you the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll send the correct item at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

LOST PACKAGES:
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with USPS to locate it or send a replacement.

CANCELLATIONS:
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before we begin creating your item. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as we may have already started work.
