Most physical products from The Tethered Line are printed and shipped on-demand through our trusted production partner. Because every item is made just for you, please allow a few extra days for production before your order ships.

U.S. orders: Typically arrive within 5–10 business days

International orders: Usually arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on customs and local postal services

In short: your art may take the scenic route, but it will absolutely be worth the wait.

Digital products can be downloaded anywhere in the world.

Physical products ship to most countries, but please note that customs, VAT, and import fees (if charged) are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by location. Delivery timelines may also be affected by customs processing.

I can’t predict every postal adventure, but I will always do my best to ensure your art arrives safely and in good time.

Every item in The Tethered Line shop is made-to-order, which means we don’t keep inventory on hand. Because of this, I can’t offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases (including wrong size, wrong item, or “oops, I picked the wrong one”). Please double-check your order details before checking out.

That said, if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or just not quite right, I’ve got you. Email me within 7 days with a note and a clear photo of the issue and I’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund—no need to send the original back.

My goal is simple: you should love what arrives at your door, and if something goes sideways, I’ll make it right.
