Homemade Mooncake baked treats. Traditionally eaten during the Chinese fall festival..but honestly..anytime I have a craving is a good time to eat them! Lite thin pastry covering a delicately sweet center. Great with tea or coffee. Treat yourself to some! 😉 Each flavor has it’s own design too.

Ingredients: Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract, Sweet White Bean Paste, Cake flour, Honey, Peanut oil, lye water, egg yolk wash.
