This beautiful Sauterne colored balsamic made from cooked white grape must, white wine vinegar and lemongrass flavors combines the sweetness of a balsamic with the tart flavors of lemongrass. This Balsamic has a bit of a sparkle and makes a fabulous dressing paired with Basil or Lemon olive oils. Lighter than some of our other balsamics, Lemongrass is great sprinkled over veggies, fish or even used for bread dipping. A staple in Asian foods, try it in your stir-fry.
