Best uses – Caprese salad or sliced tomatoes, bread dipping, sandwich spreads, tossed salads with balsamic vinegar, and drizzled over pasta and rice dishes. Also great drizzled over eggs any style. Try over roasted veggies, over fish, salmon and poultry for great flavors.
Suggested pairings – Traditional Dark Balsamic and Fig Balsamic.
