Unopened and unused products in new, saleable condition may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of delivery, with prior approval. To begin a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns received without a valid RAN cannot be processed.

We will refund your initial shipping charge; however, return postage is not reimbursed. We strongly recommend insuring your return package, as we cannot be responsible for lost, misdirected, or damaged return shipments.

Please include with your return:

• the unopened item(s)
• all original packaging materials
• your order number
• packing slip
• RAN
• reason for return

If your original payment was made by credit card, a refund will be issued to that card and should appear on your next billing statement. If your order was paid by check, a refund check will be mailed within 7 days of receiving the return. Exchanges are issued as store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products made with natural plant butters (such as Body Melt, Get Whipped, Baby Bottom Balm, Muscle Mender Massage Balm, Overnight Sensation, etc.) are temperature-sensitiveand may soften or melt in warm weather. Because this is a natural characteristic of unrefined butters, these products are not replaceable or refundable under our returns policy.

For best results, we recommend ordering these items during cooler seasons or selecting expedited shipping to warm climates.

Custom favors, special orders, and personalized items are not returnable once final approval has been given.

Saleable condition is determined by WoodSprite representatives.

Handmade Product Variations

All of our products are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness, purity, and quality. As a result, minor variations in appearance, texture, or scent are normal and are not considered defects.
