If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to take returns!

Products being returned must be post dated within 14 days from receiving the item in order to receive a full refund. 

Once I receive your item, I will process your return within 3 business days and refund the full product amount to your account. Be aware the refund can take a few days to hit your account. I do not refund original shipping paid (if any) or shipping upgrades that were paid.

I do not refund items that are not returned in a timely manner.

I do not offer exchanges or store credit.

Items must be in original condition.

We’re unable to refund products that have been damaged or modified.

Every piece is made to order and tested in real-world environments.

Our equipment has gone from the trails of Denver, Colorado to everyday use in the Greater Chicagoland area.

1-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee

All products are guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship, including:

• Breakage of hardware
• Failure of webbing
• Failure of stitching

If you believe your item may be defective, please stop using it immediately and contact me so I can evaluate the issue and help determine next steps.

What’s Not Covered

While this equipment is built for strength & durability, some situations fall outside the scope of this product guarantee:

Incorrect Product Selection

• Gear that is not appropriately selected for your dog’s size, strength, or activity level
• Please refer to product descriptions and dog weight guidelines when choosing equipment.

Improper Use

Use outside of intended applications, including but not limited to:

• Tie-outs
• Vehicle restraint
• Any other unintended or unsafe use

Damage & Normal Wear

• Chewing
• Abrasion from improper use
• Damage caused by incorrect cleaning methods
• Any modifications made after delivery
• Normal wear and tear, including:
  • Scratched hardware
  • Fading or staining of webbing
  • Surface abrasions from everyday adventures

These signs of use don’t mean your gear was poorly made, they mean it’s been lived in.

Repairs & Hardware Replacement

I understand that accidents happen, and sometimes gear needs a little extra love.

For issues like chewing damage or worn hardware, I offer repair and replacement services for a small fee to cover materials and shipping.
