At Creative Injenuity, we strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates (USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate)
To keep shipping simple and predictable, we exclusively use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. This service delivers to all 50 states, PO Boxes, and military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS Tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the USPS website.
INSURANCE: Every shipment from Creative Injenuity includes up to $100 of insurance provided by USPS. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately so we can assist you with the USPS Claims process.

For items damaged by the carrier, we will assist you in utilizing the USPS Priority Mail insurance included with your shipment.
