We want to make shipping as smooth as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle orders.
Shipping Schedule
Orders ship twice a week – usually on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Domestic Orders (within the U.S.)
Delivery Issues: If your order says it’s delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with your local post office first.
Sticker Orders: Stickers are not tracked unless you choose tracked shipping when placing your order.
Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, business closure, or undeliverable address, customers must pay for additional shipping to have it resent.
Shipping Timeframes
U.S. Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days.
International Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 3-6 weeks.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost, you are responsible for contacting your local post office first.
For stolen or lost packages, please file a report with your post office and provide us with proof of the report (you can omit personal details, but your name must be visible).
Replacements for stolen or lost packages are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.
Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order has already been sent, Pixelzz Design (La-La & Co) cannot be held liable. It is your responsibility to provide the correct address during checkout.
