Physical Items (Print-on-Demand)
As our physical items, including fabric backdrops, yard signs, and t-shirts, are printed and created on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than defects or damage during shipping.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require a photo of the damaged product to process a replacement at no additional charge.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or if your order is incomplete, please notify us within 7 days, and we will work to resolve the issue and send the correct product.
