Many of my pieces are in stock, yet some are made to order. If I am unable to ship within 5 days of purchase, I will reach out and consult with the buyer to share an accurate timeline and ask if it is acceptable to the buyer. If not, a refund will be issued.

Estimated Shipping Times

U.S. orders: Typically arrive within 5–10 business days

International orders: Usually arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on customs and local postal services

Physical products ship to most countries, but please note that customs, VAT, and import fees (if charged) are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by location. Delivery timelines may also be affected by customs processing.

Refunds & Returns

Every item we sell is a one-of-a-kind piece and many of our pieces are made to order. Due to this, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases (including wrong size, wrong item, or “oops, I picked the wrong one”). Please double-check your order details before purchasing.

However, if something arrives broken, please email me within 7 days with a note and a clear photo of the issue and I’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund—no need to send the original back.
